MDNGHT DSCO is an indie rock and synth pop band blending shimmering textures, driving rhythms, and arena-sized emotion. The project was founded by Darrell Foster (Five of the Eyes, Mother Leopard) and Michael Stipe (Northern Gloom, Babel Map, Le Ghast) after a series of weekly writing sessions evolved into something bigger — a full-band experience driven by melody, mood, and motion.
With the addition of Lancaster PA’s drum mainstay Brian Doherty and bassist Stephen Tilley (Versus Machine), MDNGHT DSCO took shape as a dynamic four-piece channeling the spirit of acts like The Killers, Kings of Leon, and The Strokes — music made for long drives, late nights, and everything in between.
The band’s debut singles — “Love Is Waiting,” “Endless Skies,” and the forthcoming “Straight Up” — capture that perfect mix of nostalgia and modern energy, produced by Jonathan Wyman and mastered by Grammy-winner Adam Ayan.
Whether you catch them live under their custom light show or stream their songs at golden hour, MDNGHT DSCO is built to move you — emotionally and physically.
This is just the beginning.
